Do you offer mattress removal service?
We do provide mattress removal services, but only for specific locations: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah; Kuala Lumpur; and Selangor.
For areas outside these regions, you may consider contacting local recycling companies, donating to charity, or using your city’s bulk recycling pick-up service. Please ensure mattresses are wrapped in plastic before disposal.
Can I choose a delivery date?
We offer the flexibility to schedule your delivery date to suit your convenience. Our team will arrange the logistics to ensure your Nosda mattress reaches you smoothly.
Please note that while we strive for timely delivery, factors such as weather and holidays may occasionally affect the schedule. You can keep an eye on your tracking number for real-time updates.
Rest assured, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
How soon will my delivery arrive?
We offer nationwide free delivery, including Sabah and Sarawak. Delivery times are as follows:
East Malaysia:
- Kota Kinabalu: 1-2 days
- Sandakan: 3-4 days
- Sarawak: 5-7 days
West Malaysia:
- Kuala Lumpur: 2-3 days
- Penang: 3-7 days
- Kelantan: 3-7 days
For customers in Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Selangor, and Kota Kinabalu, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday), subject to availability and excluding public holidays.

What are the dimensions of the packaging box?
The Nosda mattress comes in a compact, easy-to-handle box. The measurements for the packaging box are 50cm x 50cm x 100cm.
Can I sleep on the mattress immediately?
The Nosda mattress is professionally compressed for ease of shipping. While it may take 2–3 days to fully inflate to its correct shape, you can sleep on it right away. Compression of the foam layers removes any inconsistencies and mollifies density, thus increasing the material’s longevity.
For the best experience, we recommend using a mattress protector and washing or changing your sheets weekly.
How firm are Nosda mattresses?
Nosda mattresses are designed to meet the needs of all body types and sleep positions, providing optimal support, comfort, and pressure point relief.

How to Unbox Your Mattress?
We’ve designed Nosda mattresses with easy setup in mind. Follow these simple steps to get started:
- Place the box in the room where you plan to use the mattress.
- Carefully remove the tape from the top of the box and lay it on the floor.
- Gently pull the mattress out of its plastic casing and position it on the headboard of your bed frame. While still in the plastic, unroll the mattress towards the foot of the bed.
- Remove the plastic wrap and dispose of it properly.
- Allow the mattress to expand and reach its full size for about 30-60 seconds. It typically takes 2-3 days to fully calibrate, but you can start sleeping on it once it’s fully inflated.
How long can you leave the mattress in the box?
We recommend removing the mattress from its box within one week of delivery. If you need to store the mattress in the box for a longer period, please contact us for further guidance.
Can I put the mattress back into the box?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to re-pack the mattress without the appropriate industrial equipment.
Can I Wash My Mattress Cover?
Yes, you can wash your mattress cover! Here’s how to do it safely:
Removal:
Always unzip and remove your mattress cover before cleaning.
Washing:
- Hand wash the cover with warm, soapy water.
- Use normal water temperature; avoid high heat.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach.
Drying:
- Hang the cover to dry completely before reapplying it to the mattress.
- Avoid drying in direct sunlight to prevent fabric damage.
Important Note:
Ensure to wash the top covers separately from the anti-slip bottom cover to avoid damage. For machine washing, use normal temperature and set to delicate mode.
Warranty
Is there a warranty on products?
Yes, all Nosda products include a risk-free 100-night trial and a 10-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. Please note that warranties are non-transferable and exclusive to the original buyer.
Is my second-hand mattress still under warranty?
No, our warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
How do I file a warranty claim?
To file a warranty claim as the original purchaser, please follow these steps:
- Contact Nosda:
Reach out to our customer support team via email, call or WhatsApp at 011-3690-0978. Provide them with your invoice number, date of purchase, and details of the issue you’re experiencing along with supporting photos. - Follow-Up and Guidance:
Nosda customer support will guide you through the entire warranty claim process, ensuring all necessary information is provided and clarifying any questions you may have.
This process ensures that your warranty claim is handled efficiently and effectively. Feel free to contact us for any assistance regarding your Nosda product.
Returns
How does the 100-night trial work?
The 100-night risk-free sleep trial begins on the date you receive your product. Here’s how it works:
Try It Out: Use the product for 100 consecutive nights. We recommend making your decision after at least 30 days to give your body time to adjust and fully experience the product.
Not Satisfied?: If you decide it’s not for you, contact us before the trial period ends. We’ll issue a refund, deducting any discounted fees received and RM200 to cover transaction processing costs (credit card, merchant, and logistic fees).
Please note that the 100-night return and refund offer is valid for one (1) mattress per shipping address. You have nothing to lose!
How does Nosda’s return policy work?
We offer a 100-night trial period. If you’re not satisfied by night 100, you can return your product, even if you’ve used it. You’ll receive a refund, deducting any discounted fees received and RM200 to cover transaction processing costs (credit card, merchant, and logistic fees).
Each buyer qualifies for the 100-night return and refund for one (1) mattress per shipping address. Free exchanges for alternate mattress sizes are not included during the 100-night trial period. Return requests made after the trial period may be subject to additional fees.

To initiate a return within the 100-night sleep trial or under warranty, contact our customer support team at hi@nosda.com.my with the following information:

Do I need to keep the mattress box?
No, it’s not necessary to keep or return the original box your product was packaged in. However, it’s a good idea to keep the plastic bag to protect your mattress from stains in case you decide to return it. We’re confident you won’t need it anyway!
I bought my mattress from my friend. Can I return it for a refund?
Unfortunately, the 100-night sleep trial and 10-year warranty are both provided to the original purchaser only and are not transferable.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Your refund will be issued once your return has arrived at our warehouse. It can take 2–14 business days for the refund to be reflected on your method of payment.
