Visible indentations or sags of one inch (25mm) or larger when no weight is applied.

The mattress must be used on a firm, solid-surface bed base capable of supporting the mattress and its user(s).

100-Night Trial Policy

Eligible for full-paying customers, the Nosda Max mattress comes with a 100-night trial:

Trial Duration: Must try the mattress for at least 30 days before initiating a return.

Return Policy: Refunds are available within 100 nights if not satisfied, limited to one return per household.

Conditions: Mattresses must be free from damage or stains. Must be wrapped in original or equivalent plastic to avoid stains or damage during transport.
